The mechanical components of the large double-layer glass reactor 100-liter jacketed glass reactor use stainless steel and aluminum alloy parts. The material discharged from the glass reactor has a flange opening and a PTFE valve. There is no dead corner inside the container and it can be removed. Convenient to discharge solid materials.
Feature about Jacketed Glass Reactor:
-The glass reactor system uses an efficient condenser to ensure a high recovery rate.
-Adding hot oil to the glass interlayer interface, through the loop, can react under high temperature conditions; the glass interlayer interface with cooling liquid can react under low temperature conditions.
-The material discharged from the double-layer glass reactor has a flange opening and a PTFE valve. There is no dead corner inside the container, and it can be unloaded to facilitate the discharge of solid materials.
-The structure of the double-glazed reactor system is reasonable. Stainless steel and aluminum alloy parts for mechanical parts and electrical parts: the main parts are imported equipment.
-The opening design of the double glass reactor cover: constant pressure hopper opening (or as an inlet), condensate return inlet, thermometer bushing opening, solid feed inlet (or outlet) and mixing opening.
